Andrew Luck. Let me say it again... Andrew Luck. If your a Dolphins fan, Colts fan or maybe even a Chiefs fan, you can't lose enough games this season.
As a Fins fan the last 10 years have been rough... Really rough. That could change though. To be blunt my Dolphins can't lose enough games this season. Luck is going to be a star and I hope he shines in South Beach next season.
If you want hum to join the discussion. Let us know which team you hope drafts him.

Brandon Marshall
What can fantasy owners expect from Brandon Marshall this year.
Great things.
He will catch close to 100 balls assuming he stays healthy. Though Chad Henne is a terrible QB both in Fantasy, and in real life, Marshall is still by far his best target.

If you play in a PPR league Marshall has even more value. He is currently going in the 5th round on average and he will be much better than the 50th player this year. He is worth even more than guys like DeSean Jackson in PPR who is going an average of 2 rounds earlier.
Grab him in the 4th round, you won't be disappointed.
Why Eran Fabian's team is worse than mine.
Want to know why Eran Fabian (@FRATasysports) has a terrible team... He picked Ray Rice number 1 overall. Ya thats right. you read that right. Kid calls himself an expert.
Does this kid look like an expert?
Does this kid look like an expert?
Ya thats what I thought. No.
Is that the fish or the Bait?
Ok so back to his team.
His 2nd running back is Joseph Addai. Ya, I know, terrible.
Flex is even worse. Lee Evans. Not to mention Mike Thomas is starting at WR for him. I will say he has "A Greg Jennings" and yes he makes everyone else look like "Little Boys" as well as Tom Brady, but COMMM ON MANNN. What a terrible team.
Ok so you want a little piece of my team. Here it is.
M. Vick
R. Wayne
D. Jackson
A.J. Green
F. Gore
R. Grant
D. Clark
And finally the Law Firm of BenJarvus Green-Ellis
So you make the judgement. Oh wait, you already did.
Until next time, Frat Hard and Frat Often.
But more importantly, don't make dumb trades.

MJD Dropping in Yahoo Leagues
MJD is dropping like crazy in many yahoo drafts. If you can get him in the second round I think that is a steal. Grab a guy like Ray Rice in the first and snake back to MJD in the second. He is consistent, the injuries seem to be behind him, and he would make a solid 1A option. Other guys dropping in some leagues are Larry Fitzgerald and Peyton Hillis who I think will both have outstanding seasons.

Naming your Fantasy Team
You might think what's in a name? A lot. You can be the laughing stock of the league, or the funniest guy in it. Yes, there is a difference. I try to come up with an original name, some funny some not for every team I have. Be creative, thats what gets you the laughs.
Last year I took CJ2K with the first pick. I named my team Team Golden Teeth. If that doesn't make sense to you, check out his teeth. Anyway, back to reality. This year I have a couple teams already, and I have some names in place but I like to go with things that have some relevance to my team.
My name of choice this year can only happen if I can draft Michael Vick. I have heard many original team names associated with him, but I am not about stealing anyone else's work. If I get him, my team will be..... The ConVicks. Ya I know, pretty original right?
Anyway, post your team names and I will give some love to the best few names on twitter as I see them come up.

Packers favorite to win Super Bowl again
Some franchises just know how to run a team. The packers will be one of the favorites to win it all again this year. With a loaded defense and arguably the best QB in the NFL the Packers are loaded and ready for a repeat.
Aaron Rodgers, Greg Jennings, and Ryan Grant will all be starters in your fantasy football league and all are expected to produce solid numbers this year. The Packers Defense is also a good option led by Charles Woodson and Clay Matthews. If you don't believe me, check out the Dicks commercial. Anyway back to reality.
The Packers and Eagles are the teams to beat in the NFC and I expect them to be playing each other with a trip to the Superbowl on the line.

McNabb and other transition QBs
Donovan McNabb and other QBs like Hasselback and David Garrard are guys who will be taking over new teams this year. What does this mean for their fantasy value? In keeper leagues you do not want them. They are not long term solutions, they are there to mentor young QBs and help them transition to the NFL. In addition they may not start every game this year. If their teams begin to lose games and they are out of it, young guys like Gabbert, Ponder, Locker will get some snaps in order to help them improve for the future.
The only leagues I see those types of QBs having any value in are leagues that play 2 QBs or are leagues that have 20 teams (which are rare).
So bottom line, look elsewhere for your QB needs.

When to have your Fantasy Football draft?
Many people wonder when is the best time to have a draft for their fantasy football leagues. The answer is simple. As late as possible. The longer you wait and the closer you get to the season the better you are able to judge who is healthy, who is getting touches in the preseason and what the final depth charts will look like.
Some people just can't wait to get their draft started. While it is tough to not want to draft a month before the season, the longer you wait the better informed you will be, and the less chance you take someone early who goes out in the preseason with an injury.

MJD
MJD seems to be a guy a lot of people are talking about not wanting to take in the first round. It is an understandable concern. Last year MJD had a very slow start to the season. The issue is his knee. I think from listening to him talk he seems to think the knee injuries are a thing of the past. In a league filled with many teams using a backfield by committee MJD will control the carries giving him a lot of value. I still feel confident using my first pick on MJD if AP CJ2K Foster and Charles are off the board.
Give me your comments on what you think of MJD as a first round pick.

Snake Draft vs. Auction Draft
For many of you, your fantasy sports draft will always be the standard snake format, but for a few of you, another great option is out there. An auction draft can be one of the most fun things about a fantasy season. It takes skill, some luck, and a good deal of strategy.
Each person is given 200 dollars to spend on their teams. Each player is put up for auction one at a time. The best players, Adrian Peterson, Arian Foster, and Chris Johnson can go up to 65 dollars. Where guys at the end of the draft will go for just a dollar. This gives everyone a shot at every player. No one can complain and say I didn't even get a chance at AP. You can make people bet high on players you don't even want by betting over and over driving the price up. Using strategy you can save money for the middle rounds when people are out of money themselves. It all depends on your strategy.
If you want to change things up this season try a few auction mock drafts. They take longer than the standard snake draft, but you may find you will never go back!

Chris Johnson Holding Out
As many of you know Chris Johnson is holding out. He wants a new contract and frankly, he deserves it based on his play. He is going 3rd in most drafts. While most expect him to be in camp and playing soon you have to be prepared if he does not. If you can get a guy like Charles from KC for Chris Johnson and say a 5th round pick do it. Some think CJ2K will have a bounce back year after a down year for him. Last years stats were still fantastic but not great in comparison to the year before. For more info you can check this ESPN article http://sports.espn.go.com/fantasy/football/ffl/story?page=nfldk2k11_32qtitans
Eagles Defense a Solid pick.
With the eagles adding so many additions including the obvious two corners, the Eagles Defense is a great option for your fantasy team. With the offense expecting to be explosive it will force the opposing team to pass against two of the leagues best corners. This means interceptions and points for your team. If they are on the board late, grab the Eagles Defense.

DeSean Jackson Report
DeSean Jackson reported to camp and seemed to do and say all of the right things. He met with Coach Andy Reid and it supposedly went well. Expect Jackson to be a top 10 receiver this year. He may even creep into the top 5. He is a safe pick anywhere after 30 in a draft.

Arian or Peterson?
Many will ask who should I take 1st overall. The answer is pretty simple. If you are in a PPR Foster is your man. He will catch 70+ balls and if not the answer is Peterson.
You want consistency in your first pick and no one is as consistent as Peterson. He has the track record and you know what you are getting.

Arian Foster Goes Down
Arian Foster pulled his hamstring in practice yesterday. He downplayed the injury but it is something to keep an eye on. Hamstring injuries are tricky. Sometimes they go away completely but it is something that could reoccur and cause him to miss some time. Check back for the latest info.
